At Gulet Cruises, we understand that travel plans can change. To provide clarity and peace of mind, our cancellation policy is outlined as follows:
1. Cancellations Made More Than 60 Days Before Departure
• Guests who cancel their booking more than 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund (100%) of all payments made.
2. Cancellations Made Within 60 Days of Departure
• Guests who cancel their booking with the following terms;

Over 60 days: free cancellation

59–45 days: 30% of total price

44–31 days: 50% of total price

30–15 days: 70% of total price

14–0 days: 100% of total price
3. No-Show Policy
• In case of a no-show or cancellation on the day of departure, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
5. Trip Modifications
• If you wish to reschedule your trip, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. While rescheduling is subject to availability, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
